Yaaaaaaay I can make pastry! I haven't tried for years because it always came out like plywood! This was so easy. I just put it all in the food processor and was really careful not to overmix it. It was a bit crumbly to roll but I followed the advice of another reviewer to roll it on clingfilm and it worked like a dream getting it straight into my pie dishes. I'll be making all my own pie crusts in future!

This really was nothing special, although the huge amount of sauce and the covering of foil kept it moist. The smell of Worcestershire sauce was really overpowering (my daughter even complained about it when it was cooking) and the taste was very acidic. I added thyme as someone else suggested but it was still very one-dimensional - chicken and Worcestershire sauce.

I have been following this recipe for 3 years now. It's so simple that it works well every time. You can even use old bananas that have been frozen in it (defrosted, of course!) I put wrapped slices of it in the freezer and they're handy in packed lunches.
