Delicious Barbeque Sauce
Made this last night. WOW AWESOME!! I added (as suggested) Garlic Powder as well as Onion Powder and a couple shakes of Sarachi (hot sauce). YUMMY!! Put it on Chicken thighs (reserved 1/4 for "dipping later") Wonderful sauce, and I will definitely make this one again. I'm sure it would be fabulous on Shrimp, Steak or pork as well. AWESOME!!!

Tomato Zucchini Casserole
OUTSTANDING! I added a bit more pepper, but followed the recipe. It was so worth it. I loved it on the second day (for lunch) as well. Hats off! Will definitely make this again and possibly for Christmas Eve!! Thanks!!

Cherry Crisp
I read several of the reviews before I tried this. I cut the nutmeg to 1 tsp., and it still seemed a bit "too" spicy. I'd use 1/2 that next time. I also used the "cold" butter, as suggested by one reviewer. It was good... very sweet, but we liked it a lot. I may try a little less brown sugar and a smidge more oats next time. Additionally, it's best to let it sit a cool a bit. This helps in "jelling" the dish rather than serving it right out of the oven. Quick, easy, and yummy. I'll make it again with a few "tweaks".
