Apple Lemon with Cinnamon Muffins
This is an excellent recipe. I changed it to all wholw wheat flour and followed the advise of a previous post and lowered the butter and substituded with applesauce. They weren't heavy at all.

Slow Cooker Pepper Steak
Excellent. I omitted the tomatoes and added worchestershire sauce and mushrooms.

Italian Style Pork Chops
Absolutely the best pork chops ever. Made the change with the butter and milk and they were delicious. Will make again...often
