Homemade Chewy Granola Bars

I really like these bars. I find that flavor improves each day. On the 3rd day they were absolutely delicious. I substituted dried cranberries for the chocolate chips. Next time I will try using honey in the place of the corn syrup.

Easy Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

This was my first try at making hummus and it was a success. Followed the recipe exactly and everyone really enjoyed it. Don't think I will every purchase hummus again.

Easy Peppermint Marshmallows

I didn't care for this recipe. I could taste the gelatin in the marshmallows. I will not use this recipe again. The other peppermint marshmallows recipe on this site if far better.

Peppermint Marshmallows

This recipe turned out perfect. I personally don't think it takes 12 min. to whip the mixture. I took them to work and everyone thought they were amazing. They go great with Swiss Miss Dark Chocolate Sensation. My hot chocolate taste like a liquid peppermint patty (Yummy).

Caramel Popcorn

Absolutely easy and delicious. I used SmartBalance 50/50 and organic brown sugar. I gave the caramel popcorn away as gifts and everyone enjoyed and asked for more.

Million-Dollar Pound Cake

This cake was very good. Taste just like a traditional pound cake. I did not have milk so I used 1 cup of half and half instead. I replaced the almond extract with lemon. My cake only took 1 hr and 10 min to bake.

Key Lime Pie VIII

This pie was good. I decreased the fresh lime juice to 2/3 cup which was more than enough. Also used a graham cracker crust. Everyone really enjoyed this pie.

Lemon Bundt Cake

I am not a fan of box cake but this cake was surprisingly delicious. Made it for a New Year's Eve get together and everyone thought it was very good. This recipe is far better tasting than following the recipe on the box that calls for water. This cake taste even better the 2nd day.

Cream Cheese Pound Cake I
