Green Chili Burritos
This was a great recipe! I read some of the other reviews before I tried it. Many of them said it was a bit runny and not very spicy. I added one cup (or so) of partially cooked minute rice to soak up some of the extra juice as well as about 1 tsp of chili paste. I had some left overs in the fridge that I tossed in as well. Canned corn, whole black beans and chopped yellow pepper. They turned out fantastic (we had tons left over so we had them for dinner the next night too). I will absolutley make these again!!
