Mushrooms in White Wine Sauce
thought 1/4 cup oil would be complete overload so substituted 1 T butter instead - used as a sauce over pasta with a parmesan cheese topping - was okay but not fantastic

Tender Italian Baked Chicken
Chicken turned out both moist and tender. I thought the mayo left a distinct taste - have prepared a very similar recipe using butter in place of the mayo and a bit of lemon juice which I liked much better.

Spinach Cheese Manicotti
Prepared exactly as directed with a little basil added ... really appreciated not having to deal with stuffing cooked manicotti ... nicely done & tasty
