Chicken Enchiladas I
These were amazing....Next time I would only use have of the tomato sauce...I have a large family and it's very difficult to find a recipe all 7 of us like.......but this recipe did the trick. I was able to double it ... made 20 large enchiladas they were gone in a flash leaving only 2 for the next day, which my 2 youngest children shared!
