Green Chile Chicken Soup
This is a really good soup. Tastes great. It had the right amount of heat using the medium chillies I had put up this fall and a bit of cumin. Doubled the recipe for the next days lunches. Even better! This recipe will be used ALOT!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This is the creamiest potato soup I have ever made. Will add more ham and onions for my husband who loves them next time. For me I wouldn't change a thing. This soup is so good!

Hamburgers and Ketchup Gravy
This is a really good , fast, easy to make dish. I had leftovers which made also a really good lunch for me the next day too! This recipe is a "keeper". Great on the food budget and finicky husband liked it also.
