Best Bread Machine Bread
Great recipe! I started it in the bread machine just to find that my bread machine doesn't work.I dissolved the yeast in 1 cup of warm water then added the oil and the mixed the dry ingredients together before adding to the water and oil.I put it in the kitchenaid mixer for about 10 mins with the dough hook..put it in a pre-greased bread pan and covered it with saran wrap and a towel and let rise for maybe a half hour and it had risen very nice.I baked it at 350 for about 40 -45 mins and immediately brushed butter on the top to soften it...it tastes wonderful and the top is nice and soft and the middle is very soft but nicely formed. Thanks for sharing!!
