Honey Whole Wheat Bread
I made this without a bread machine and it turned out great. I used 1 cup white flour, almost 2 cups wheat and 4 teaspoons vital wheat gluten. I didn't increase the honey or salt as other users recommended and still found it delicious. A perfectly textured crust and deliciously soft center. Nothing beats homemade whole wheat bread!

Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies
Followed this recipe to a "T"... Well, almost. I didn't think I would like all the cookies dipped in the walnut/sugar mixture, but after I tried one after coming out of the oven, I changed my mind. The walnut topping is the "icing on the cake" for this already phenomenal cookie. I ate 5 right out of the oven! If you like chocolate, nuts and caramel, you will love this cookie!
