This was OK as is but it needed something else and the consistency wasn't quite working for me. We added garlic and blended it to make it smoother.

Pumpkin Roll Supreme
Anything rolled is always intimidating, but the towel trick worked very well. This was easy and delicious.

Curry Cheddar Scrambled Eggs
Very good variation from plain ol' scrambled eggs. I have a whisk attachment on my hand-held mixer that I used to emulsify the spices into the eggs. Works great.
