I unfortunately have not been able to try this yet but I sent it off with my husband to work for their Thanskgiving "dinner". I heard that it was gone within the first 10 minutes! Everyone loved it! I can't wait to make it on Thursday for Thanksgiving.

Holy cow! I had no idea I liked pumpkin until I tasted this! I was a little disapointed in myself because I was in a hurry and rolled the cream cheese mixture into it before it was completely cooled. Almost all the "melted" cream cheese seeped out of it and I didn't get the pretty white swirls in the center. But heck it tasted amazing anyways! I'm glad I practiced before Thanksgiving; now I know to let it cool first! Awesome recipe!

It wasn't my favorite but we all enjoyed it; including my extremely picky 5 yr old. I didn't think it was anything TOO special but it did taste good.
