Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo
I made this last night for dinner minus the chicken-just started with the cheese sauce. Everyone said it was the BEST fettuccini alfredo they had ever tasted-exactly what you would get in a restaurant. My old recipe called for egg yolks and was more "complicated". I didn't have much cheese on hand so I used sliced american cheese and parmesan and the result was excellent. It must only be better with higher quality cheese!

Grilled Tuna Steaks with Dill Sauce
I cubed the tuna steaks, pan cooked them and served them over salad greens and cherry tomatoes with the dill sauce (as an appetizer for a dinner party). It was delicious and made a beautiful presentation! The dill sauce was more than enough for 6-8 servings!
