I am a father of three and a husband to one. I love my family more than anything in this world. Cooking was handed down to me by both of my parents. They were excellent cooks in their own rights, and I grew up helping them cook, so I naturally adopted a love of cooking and baking from an early age. Now that I'm a dad, I enjoy sharing those memories with my kids and teaching them to be good cooks! I am always making healthy, wholesome meals. From scrambled eggs and turkey bacon in the mornings to Roasted Lamb with vegetables and fresh herbs on occasion, I am a fairly well-rounded cook. I have recently taken on baking bread - a fairly intimidating undertaking for me for some reason, but one which I have readily grasped fairly quickly. The family LOVES my chili, but I'm confident in saying that they love just about everything I have ever made.
