I made this steak for company. I always try recipes as written especially the first time I make them in order to be fair to the person that posted it on this website. I used more garlic cloves than indicated only because my family likes garlic and it's good for you. My father has to be the pickiest person when it comes to trying new foods, he had no clue that there was ketchup in the marinade. It was awesome! This recipe is a keeper.

I will not be using this recipe again. The only reason I tried it was due to the high rating. It was close to impossible to roll since the dough was extremely sticky. The tops weren't baked enough and the bottoms were burnt. I always try recipes the first time as written in order to give credit to the person posting the recipe. However, I have recipes at home that have a better taste and are easier to roll. I have been baking for many, many years and am not a novice in the kitchen and at first I thought I did something wrong.
