Lemon Garlic Tilapia
My whole family loved this, and that's an accomplishment! I also sauteed the sauce, but instead of salt and pepper I threw in a little lemon pepper. Served on top of parsley rice pilaf, and even my father ate it!

Parsleyed Rice Pilaf
This worked great for me! I used Nishiki sushi rice (that's what we have in the house all the time) and a rice cooker, and onion powder instead of minced dried onion. It made a wonderful bed for the tilapia. Next time, though, I'm going to increase the bouillon just a tad...my rice cooker seems to sap the salt out of just about anything I put in there.
