Baked Brie with Caramelized Onions
This is a good recipe. I've made it with and without the puff pastry--delicious either way. (When I didn't have pastry, I scored the top of the brie to allow the toppings to seep into the cheese). I've also added slivered toasted almonds before. Beautiful combination of flavors!

Roasted Garlic Peppercorn Sauce
This is superb. Roasting the garlic is key. I usually double the recipe. Also, I cook the flour and butter together first. Very creamy and flavorful.

World's Best Lasagna
Amazing. Used less salt. Modified this for a vegetarian using soy ground round (browned it just like beef) and omitted sausage. Made this a couple of times. Experimented with adding 1 portabella mushroom & 1/2 c. spinach. Stellar every time.
