Baked French Fries I
These fries came out terrific! A little spicy, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. I will add this recipe permanently to my repertoire!

Easy Eggplant Pita
This came out pretty good but definetly bland. It needs a lot more garlic powder and anything else you like, I used cayenne. I didn't use the ranch dressing to cut the fat, but that probably makes it yummier.

Gramma Bertha's Banana Cake
I made this cake for a dinner party. I liked it because the ingredients were very few and simple. It came out wonderfully moist and beautiful in a bundt pan. It didn't need any frosting.
