Moussaka
I used potatoes in addition to the eggplant. I found that the dish was too salty, but they could be because of a number of reasons - my tomato sauce was salty or I put too much salt in. The cream sauce was clumpy with flour (I probably didn't mix it in very well). Also, it was too cheesy for my liking, I prefer mozzarella over Parmesan so the taste was a little too strong.
