Easy Lovely Lemon Chicken
I used chicken legs and garlic powder. This was fabulous for a easy weekday meal. I ate it with fried plantains and honeydew melon. Would go good with a rice side dish too.

Steak Tip Marinade
I used round steaks and I didn't think about marinading this, so I put all the ingredients in a pot on the stove and covered it and let it simmer for 1-2 hours. I also added some liquid smoke to bring out the flavor as well as some meat tenderizer. The meat was juicy and tender and tasted great!

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins
very good. I think it would be even more amazing if I used a ziploc bag and piped it in the middle. The cream cheese just sat on top, and though it wasn't bad, I would like to switch it up. I didn't have pecans, so didn't use them.
