Honey Baked Chicken II
First of all, this recipe was super easy!! It smelled so good too in the oven while it was cooking. It was nice and moist and very affordable!! I had all the ingredients at home...easy dinner! I had it with green beans and a carrot souffle I whip up :) Enjoy!

Spinach Chicken Parmesan
My parents like this recipe, they ate it right up :) I made a lot of substitutions though and they found it to be moist and tasty. They could still taste the spinach it was not to overbearing, it can be if you use too much. Some of the substitutions were I used regular onions, seasoned bread crumbs, and I used cheddar and mozz. cheese. I also used SOY MILK and it came out GREAT!! I used powdered garlic as well and it gave it an extra kick. Yummy! A keeper and it was super easy :)

Peanut Butter Cupcakes
This recipe was good...but I'm not sure if I baked them too long because the top was not soft but the inside was very moist. They do need frosting and I made a chocolate one with unsweetened cocoa and I followed the recipe on the back and it was delicious!! Do frost them :)
