Buttermilk Wheat Bread
My best attempt at bread to date! Everything I wanted in a bread; soft, great tasting, good crust! And without the use of a bread machine. Thank You MSACEBAKER

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III
I loved it! It's the best cookies I've ever made from stratch. I didn't do the filling, the cookies were good enough to stand on it's own. However, I did flatten the dough with a fork dunked in sugar. An improvised suggestion I took frm another cookie receipe. The dough doesn't stick to the fork and the end result suits me just fine; crispy, crunchy and delicious!
