Dirt Cake II
This is a great recipe. We have made it many times, and if you want to you can change it according to your tastes by using different flavors of pudding, and different flavors of cookies. We always use light cool whip and lite cream cheese and you can't tell one bit of difference. Also, we skip the powdered sugar. It just doesn't need it. A deep glass bowl looks the best to make it in, but a glass 9 X 13 pan is good too. The trouble with using a flowerpot is that you can't see through it which is really a big part of the appeal.

Easy Apple Crisp
This recipe is a keeper! Easy and so delicious! I did add about 1 cup of oatmeal to the topping, and I used a cinnamon blend that has nutmeg in it. If you add nutmeg on its own, just a pinch or two is fine. If you like your topping with the oatmeal in it like I do, also add about 2 Tbsp. more butter to make up for the extra dry ingredient in the topping. The apples bake down, so if you like a thicker layer of apples, use one or two more. Using yellow cake mix also works just the same as white. My whole family LOVES this recipe. You will too.

Cinnamon Hazelnut Biscotti
This was the first time I made biscotti, and they turned out great. I love hazelnuts, but in this recipe, 1 cup is a lot of nuts. I thought they were a bit overwhelming. Next time I will put in only 1/2 to 3/4 cup at the most. The recipe didn't specify, so I chopped the hazelnuts. I also added 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips. For me, this made them perfect.
