Slower Cooker Meatloaf
We made this recipe last night and it was great! We did do quite a bit of tweaking but it was still very easy. Many people have complained that it was too dry so I added a couple splashes of beef stock, I used the entire lipton onion soup mix and only a pound and a half of ground beef. We cooked it on high for about five hours. I used a little less A1 and we all thought it turned out great.

Slow-Cooked Tamale Casserole
My family loved this! I did do a little tweeking though, I added chopped onion and garlic to the meat and I doubled the recipe but I only used two pounds ground beef. I also stirred the chili seasoning into the meat, and I added two cans green chilis to spice it up. This recipe made so much that I mixed in the leftovers the next day with some macaroni noddles and grated up some velvetta and baked it and made a whole other casserole which was also good. I had no problem with it burning on the edges but that may have been because I doubled the recipe.
