Ham 'N' Cheese Quiche
I sauteed half an onion, red pepper and sliced mushrooms and then added it to the ham/cheese mixture. Needed a few more minutes cooking time but turned out awesome. My hubby loved it!

Roast Chicken with Rosemary
I also followed many of the recommendations by stuffing the bird with rosemary, onions, lemon and 4 garlic cloves. I rubbed the outside with olive oil and fresh lemon juice and seasoned with salt and pepper and fresh chopped rosemary. It turned out very juicy and had tons of flavor.

Best Steak Marinade in Existence
This is dee-lish. I used fresh garlic and parsley and added a wee bit of brown sugar just to mellow out some of the tang. So good.
