Waffles I
Actually not bad. Thought it was too much oil at first but they are pretty good. Crisp on outside soft on the inside. I made no modifications to this recipe, followed it as written.** Update: DELICIOUS! I think I had under cooked them before but it took mine about 5 min to fully cook. Also, just as good with whole wheat flour.

Butter Flaky Pie Crust
DIVINE DIVINE DIVINE!!!!!!! TEN STARS! It was my first time making crust and it was super fantastic! I used frozen butter that I grated quickly and just blended it with the flour hardly touched it. Used ice cold water and barely blended it all together when I plopped it into the wrap to leave it over night about 5 hours. THen I just rolled it out tossed it into baking sheet, threw on some apple pie filling, threw another crust on top poked with fork all over closed edges, made too much glaze so bushed it and I drizzled it with the glaze and...HEAVEN!

Gingerbread Waffles
Pretty good. I used 1 egg, only all purpose flour, and brown sugar. Not crispy and kinda rubbery but waffling is still new to me. I doubled recipe and filled the 4 square iron 3 times and made 12. Going to pop rest in freezer cause all my waffles are better warmed in toaster another day. Had them with good ol fructose free log cabin. Babysitting so total 5 kids with mine and they ate all of theirs.
