These are the absolute best potato skins in the entire world. I love them soooooo much...even without sourcream! I tend to leave out the onion though because my friends don't like them very much but other than that, I followed everything else. I've received many great comments on them.

These were the best cookies ever and so simple! I made these cookies for my dad and I'm only 13! He loved them even though he's not a peanut butter cookie kind of guy and I just couldn't resist them. Since I just live with my dad I decided to cut the recipe in half and substitute half of the white sugar for brown sugar. I can't wait to make these again!
