Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

This recipe is excellent! I doubled it for a party and it called for 2 packages of spinach but I only used one. 2 would have been too much spinach. Excellent flavor and texture.

Pat's Baked Beans

These beans were the hit of my pig roast last weekend! I didn't change a thing. Just increased the size to accommodate 100 people. Thanks!
