I do pro audio, of course I love to cook, play guitar and mostly entertain people either through music or food. (Or a little bit of both) I was a cook at an authentic Mexican restaurant, so I've been stuck in Mexican cuisine mostly. Also a bit of grilling and bbq, and just simple down home cookin'. My parents were at work most of the day, so most of the things they like to cook are simple half-hour dinners. Things you can just throw together real quick and taste good. I, however, put a little bit more detail into my work as with my brother who plans on owning his own restaurant some day. Working at the restaurant and cooking fajitas for a party of 300 guests. The next night, catching the kitchen on fire at home broiling steaks.
