Bread Machine Bagels
This was my first time making bagels and they were a great hit. They did come out a little ugly, but the taste was wonderful. Next time I think I might use a glass or coffee mug to cut out the bagels instead of using my hands.

Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup
This soup was amazing. My family loved it so much we had none left over. Followed the recipe and had wonderful success.

Cranberry Streusel Pie
This is a fabulous recipe. The pie was amazing. I did add the extra sugar as had been suggested. It was still pretty tart, so I would add just a bit more next time. It was the first time my family has had cranberry pie and it was the first to go! This is a definite "must have" for future holiday gatherings!
