Creamy Twice-Baked Potatoes
very dry potatoes.

Taco Pie
I added a layer of refried beans, a layer of corn, the taco meat mixture, tomatoes with green chilesand then half the amount of sour cream and cheddar cheese. It was good. Not necessarily something I would want every week though.

Sweet Potatoes 'n' Pears
I wasn't a big fan of the pear in this dish. I am a big fan of sweet potatoes and wanted ot see if it was possible to make them better. I believe that they can stand alone and I could see how this recipe would be very good without the pear addition.
