Sweet Potatoes 'n' Pears
I wasn't a big fan of the pear in this dish. I am a big fan of sweet potatoes and wanted ot see if it was possible to make them better. I believe that they can stand alone and I could see how this recipe would be very good without the pear addition.

Taco Casserole
My family LOVED this. I added a can of corn and a can of black beans to the recipe and I think nex time I will add a can of diced chilis or maybe use diced tomatos with chilis included for a little extra spice.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
I ended up having to cook these for 14 minutes and the nletting them cool on the pan for another couple minutes. Made the mistake of letting some cool on the pan too long though and ended up woth bricks for cookies. other wise completely delicious and flew out of the cookie jar.
