I am a stay at home mom studying to be a social worker. I love to cook but lack the natural instinct that good cooks have. My husband and I both love to eat and have a soft spot for anything Italian. I love to cook desserts especially cobblers, sweetbreads, cookies. My mom used to make homemade bread every couple of weeks when I was a kid and I want to learn how to do this. I would watch her kneeded the dough with her fist and then shape the loaves into nice round balls. The aroma that filled the house is one I always associate with 'home'. Lasagna-I amaze myself:) Banana Bread-flat flat flat!!
