White Chocolate Cheesecake with White Chocolate Brandy Sauce
Thought I'd died and gone to heaven. This cheesecake is wonderful. The only question I have is my Brandy sauce was not dark like in the picture? The family loved it.

Caramel Apple Pie I
Great pie, I increased the cornstarch to 4T and used 1/4 white sugar and 3T of brown sugar and about 3/4 cup caramel ice cream topping. Because the husband doesn't like nuts, those got left out. Wonderful warm with a cold glass of milk.

Blueberry Pie
Ok so I may have used too many suggestions from other bakers because it came out really runny. Will probably try it again and follow the directions to the T. Flavor was good though!
