Therefor, it makes it difficult to find time to cook. That's why I love anything simple, slow-cooked or good for freezing. I LOVE BAKING! Any excuse to make cupcakes...I jump at the opportunity! I'm always the first nominated to bring my cupcakes to every get together. I also love to have all of our friends over to the house for some beer bong and a home cooked meal!
