Raisin Carrot Cake
I made this exactly as in the recipe and it came out pretty flat (about 1 inch), bland-it just tastes sweet (in fact too sweet with sugar and raisins). Texture is ok, not that moist. I didn't even bother with the icing after I realized it didn't come out as hoped.
