Lemon Zucchini Bread

This is simple, quick and easy to make. I had oranges not lemons and it was very good with that. I am not much of a cook, but can see I can make a spicy, or a blueberry version easily. I used 2 cups of zucchini as another reviewer said.

Asian Chicken Salad

Update / It's the dressing that has become my favorite. I will eat my greens with this one, easy too. outstanding! I made this last night. I had iceberg which I don't eat much, but it's the only salad green my husband likes. This salad was great! I did not have the noodles, but subbed them for peanuts and I threw in a few mandarin oranges. Will make again.

Never-Ever-Fail Meringue

It was not than much work, tastes good and looks outstanding. Worth making once, I'm going back to the standard meringue because I like the taste of it better.

Sweet and Sour Pork III

Wow, my Chinese supper came out so good thanks to this recipe. I did already make the "Sweet and Sour sauce I" on this site wanted to somehow add the already cooked pork shoulder to it. I cut it up into 1" pieces following this recipe and fried it just until crispy using then put the pieces into the sweet and sour. It was so fantastic I made it again the following day and my husband just loved it!

Sweet and Sour Sauce I

Great quick and easy sauce to make. I adjust the ketchup and soy sauce to taste and went 50/50 on brown and white sugars to make the 3/4 cup. It is worth the 5 stars.

Banana Crumb Muffins

I did not make the crumb topping, but did put walnuts,buttersctch chips and raisins in the batter then baked. My husband loves this recipe and he is very picky!

Oven Roasted Potatoes

This was the first recipe I tried from All recipes. It was very, very good. It smelled so aromatic while it was cooking, I felt like a gourmet cook! So Delicious, it is my favorite way to cook potatoes!

Buttermilk Pancakes II

Delicious. I used all milk with a little lemon in it and let stand to get room temp and the egg too. The pancakes cooked up nice about 2 1/2" in diameter. They were good the next day out of the refridgerator too.

Grandmother's Oatmeal Cookies

Very good recipe. A freind brought me some Oatmeal cookies she had baked and I liked them better. But! She used Pillsbury cookie dough to make them. For homemade though, this is the best recipe I've come across.
