This is simple, quick and easy to make. I had oranges not lemons and it was very good with that. I am not much of a cook, but can see I can make a spicy, or a blueberry version easily. I used 2 cups of zucchini as another reviewer said.

Update / It's the dressing that has become my favorite. I will eat my greens with this one, easy too. outstanding! I made this last night. I had iceberg which I don't eat much, but it's the only salad green my husband likes. This salad was great! I did not have the noodles, but subbed them for peanuts and I threw in a few mandarin oranges. Will make again.

Pretty good if you don't like it so tart, but it just wasn't quite the pie I like and am used to.
