Cinnamon Rolls I
I added 2 Tbs butter to the dough. I haven't tried it without the extra butter so I don't know about the comparison. Also, mine were ready after baking for 16 minutes. I added walnuts and raisins to the filling. I thought they were fantastic. I was able to have them finished in about 1.5 hours. I used a 9x13" pan as they took up a lot of space. There was no way I could fit them into a smaller square pan.

Cinnamon Bun Icing
It turned out great. It made so much that now I need more cinnamon rolls. I love the cream cheese flavor so I added 12 oz of cream cheese instead of 8 oz.

The Best Lemon Bars
Great recipe. I kept the same amount of sugar and added a cream cheese top layer (16 oz cream cheese, 2 eggs, 2/3 c sugar). I also added 3/4 cup real lemon juice. It came out perfect. I think without the cream cheese layer, the filling should be doubled. It was thinner than the crust, but with the cream cheese it was great.
