Broccoli Quiche with Mashed Potato Crust
Fantastic! The beauty of this is that you can add or take away anything to make it perfect. I would recommend chopping the broccoli really small/fine. It blends nicely. As for the potato crust... AMAZING. I did follow another reviewers recommendation and added one egg and a little flour to the mashed potatoes. This made the mashed potato crust flaky and it kept its shape. Excellent dish!

Sugar Cookie Icing
Excellent Icing! Add more milk/corn syrup as needed to get the right consistency. For me, I followed directions exactly and it was perfect. Also tastes good with vanilla extract versus almond extract. Cannot go wrong with this one!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
Excellent cookies. I made the first batch at the recommended temp and time. The cookies browned around the edges and were crispy. I wanted my cookies a little softer so I lowered the oven temp to 350 degrees. They came out perfect.
