This was an excellent recipe and a good way to utilize leftover turkey from Thanksgiving. I did not deviate from this recipe at all and it turned out great. Not too spicy but just right. Great on a cold night.

This was a very good recipe. I also didn't have celery seeds but instead used celery salt. I was satisfied with the amounts for the sauce but would not object to increasing the quantities. The only problem I had was trying to keep the potatoes together. I like the idea of trying red potatoes to prevent that so I will try them next time. I will definitely be making this again.
