Roast Leg of Lamb with Rosemary

We cut the lamb up into pieces and the cooking time was much shorter. The lamb seemed a bit dry, but next time we will try to make sure the lamb is in its juices for longer.

I think the breadsticks could use a little more flavoring. I suggest adding extra basil and oregano and a load of garlic poweder.

Ultimate Maple Snickerdoodles

Went over very well in philosophy class as a presentation motivator. The entire bag was completely eaten up. Since I did not have real maple syrup or maple sugar around, I used pancake syrup and brown sugar and it still tasted good.
