Slow Cooker Carnitas
Absolutely delicios! After reading some of the reviews, I decided to double the spices--definitely suggest that! Also, throwing the shredded pork into the oven at 400 F for 8 minutes or so was a great idea to crisp up the edges a little. We will definitely be doing this one again...but with friends, so they can see my mad cooking skills! Thanks!!!
