My parents owned an Italian Restraunt for 5 years and I was the cook, I was also an auto mechanic during the day. I'm not an expert cook in the ways of a Gordon Ramsey or anything, but I can make a mean dish, I can take a fridge with a bunch of nothing and make a restraunt worthy meal.
