Apple Scones
We liked this recipe a lot and it was quick and easy to make. I am going to experiment with different types of apple to enhance the apple flavor. I used gala today and the apple was very mild. I think my family will be asking for these again in the future.

California Melt
This was fabulous and got so many vegetables in there it was amazing. This is going to become one of my regular lunch selections on the weekend over the winter.

Chicken Salad Balsamic
This is a very fast and tasty chicken salad recipe. We made it for a quick dinner and was amazed at how easy it was to put together and it was full of a variety of flavors. If you are looking for a chicken salad that does not have any mayonnaise in it, I would highly recommend this one.
