Costas French Market Doughnuts (Beignets)

Awesome fresh. (Once cooked, not good saved in a baggie.) Kids had fun shaking the sugar on. A nice weekend treat.

Awesome & easy! I didn't have 4 hours so I cooked on high for a little over 2 hours, shredded it then cooked on low for another 20 minutes. Adults had on hoagies with melted moz on top. Kids loved with white rice on the side. Great for slow cooker Sunday :)

Meatball Nirvana

Love it! Adults had on hoagies with a little marinara. Kids had over spaghetti with sauce on top. Family pleaser that will be making the regular rotation!

Pretty good. I modified: 1 can chicken broth 2 tsp olive oil 2 tsp parsley 1 tsp onion flakes 1/4tsp basil 1/8 tsp pepper 1/8 tsp garlic 1/8 tsp cumin 3/4 cup couscous

Black Bean and Couscous Salad

I served it at a party cold, and it was a big hit! It is great that you can prepare the morning of the party & refrigerate until it is time to serve it. It is festive (colorful) & delicious! I also sampled a bit while it was still warm, & it was fabulous that way too!

Spiced Pumpkin Seeds

South Beach Peanut Butter Cup

This was the one thing that got me through Phase 1. I only allowed myself to have it twice during those 2 weeks, but it was just in time to save me from giving up! I still love it in phase 2.

Candy-Coated Milk Chocolate Pieces Cookies II

These were a hit at the Pre-School Picnic! They are colorful and tasty! They also traveled well when packed in a cookie tin with the layers seperated by wax paper.
