French Apple Tart (Tarte de Pommes a la Normande)
I used frozen pie crust and apple juice instead of apple brandy and I received many compliments about the desert from co-workers and people at Thanksgiving.

Italian Breaded Pork Chops
AMAZING! I followed the recommendations to coat with flour and halve the amount of eggs used to soak the pork chops prior to coating in bread crumbs. Have made the recipe multiple times after my guests loved it at my dinner party.

Easy Vodka Sauce
This recipe was very simple and easy to follow. My dinner party guests were very impressed that the sauce was made from scratch! Did not change anything from the recipe.
