Sugar Cookies
I hate to disagree, but these just aren't my cup of tea. I much prefer the softer cookies, and I thought these were really hard. They taste good, but they're not as buttery or soft as I would prefer.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
Finished texture is a little egg-y, but it tastes like great pumpkin pie. I also would tend to go with others who said they want more regular cheese cake. I think you wouldn't need whipped cream if the proportions were a little more even.

Best Cherry Pie
Filling is little too small. The second time I tried ti, I couldn't find a 20oz. can, so I used 2 16 oz. cans, and It worked out great, there was plenty of filling. Also substituted vanilla, and it tastes great!
