I am a student at State College of Florida. I am getting my AA in photography and I hope to begin studies in wedding & event planning, culinary, and/or business after that. I love doing any and all of this in my spare time, but my dog appreciates the cooking more... LOL!!

My cooking triumphs
I tried to make some truffles that kept melting (becuase the recipie called to put in fridge) but I finished them, dusted them with cocoa and put them in the fridge again... noone ever knew what a pain-in-the-butt they were to make!!
My cooking tragedies
=( wasnt paying attention to my cookies one year (at christmas) and I burnt them... so badly I ended up going over to family's empty handed... kind of embarassing, especially after they kept on asking what "I made this time"... x_x
