Twice Baked Cheesy Potatoes
this is a good base recipe. I always add chives, and bacon or ham to spice it up a bit. Although it is time consuming, you can prepare this dish the night before, and heat it up for 10 min when ready.

Cabbage Roll Casserole
My hubby is constantly asking me to make cabbage rolls but I find them far too time consuming. This recipe was perfect... all the taste of a cabbage roll with less than half the effort!

Hungarian Braided White Bread
This was the first time I made bread without using my breadmaker....and it was very good. It looked very "fresh from the bakery"...my whole family loved it. I didn't bake it nearly as long as suggested...it turned golden brown very quickly
