Well what can i say, i love cooking and exploring new recipes. Grew up on the Adriatic coast so fish and seafood are my favorites! I always search for something new, and i love to experiment. I will try anything really, the more complex or unusual, the better :o) But i also like classics like good roasts, hearty casseroles, or plain grilled fish. Seafood/fish, Vegetables, Chicken, Venison... I try to stick to healthy eating as much as i can, of course here and there i let myself go and indulge...But this is mainly on birthdays, Xmas and special events when you simply can not resist some extras... Roasted chicken and potatoes, Pork medallions, pork sausages and pork belly with Sauerkraut, Spaghetti Bolognese, Gnocchi with beef goulash, Brodetto/Brodet [fish stew],Mussels Mariniere I think i am too good for this :P
